Operational Information

  • The Shipper and Consignee details need to be clearly labelled on each piece along with a reference number and piece number, i.e. 1 of 3, etc.
  • Each shipment will require a commercial invoice showing the commodity codes and DAT as incoterm and a packing list with the shippers reference number
  • We will confirm the HAWB number after the booking has been completed, this will be required when the consignee/agent retrieves the goods
  • Shipments will be transferred from the handling agent at destination to a local depot for collection and all inbound handling charges are the responsibility of the consignee/agent
  • The carrier will need to complete the Export Entry for all shipments
  • Rates are only applicable to ‘in-gauge’ and non-hazardous shipments
  • Max weight/dimensions for a wide bodied aircraft are 300 x 230 x 150 cm and 4000 Kg per piece. Cargo exceeding these can still be carried using freighter aircraft (separate rates will apply)
