Our Track and Trace function is really easy to use. Use the box below to insert your tracking number and click on the track button to receive last step tracking information for your parcel. This function has been built by our in house Development Team and works off our standard API. A white-label version of this is available to you to offer your clients greater value when using your business. Track and Trace function works not only on the Norsk network but also for any shipments that use our integrator partners such as DHL or USPS.

FAQ About this Service
My Tracking Page shows an “Attempted Delivery.” When will the Carrier be back to Deliver my Parcel?
Typically, the carrier will be back the next business day. Sometimes they will reattempt delivery later in the same day. It is also possible they will hold the parcel awaiting pick-up at a local distribution center, and in this case they will leave a calling card at the customer’s address.
